(of course, even the weaver’s meh stuff is still pretty funny)

The joke explained!  
Princess Luna can enter other ponies’ dreams (see S03E06 “Sleepless in Ponyville”).  
The guard is talking in his sleep about making out with Luna.  
Luna would like to enter his dream.
 
From this there could be multiple implications:  
  1. Luna likes the thought of that dream and would like to join it.  
  2. Luna dislikes the thought of that dream and wants to join in order to mess up the dream and give the guard nightmares.
     
    The funny bit? Luna’s choice of words and her facial expression in the last panel. Also her very attentive look in the second one.
