Hyperflexible jaws aren’t the only thing she has in common with a snake! Here, the hands show off the stretchy skin between Tesla Coil’s lower jaws, which she can use to swallow the chickens she was promised for being a good sport about this whole thing.
I don’t think so? This is just to show off serpentine anatomy, she’s not eating the hands.

The way snakes swallow large food (search “snake eating egg” for examples) is that their lower jaw is actually separate, left and right, and there’s a bunch of stretchy skin between them. Tesla Coil’s mouth works the same way, and the lower hand demonstrates this by pushing some of the skin down below where her jawbones reach.
This is how she can swallow things bigger than her head, an important skill for someone who usually paralyzes her prey and eats it whole.
