Absolutely yes.

You may draw as many OCs for others as you like,.

We bhave had people draw multiple OCs that aren't for someone else. Like, they 2drew 5 of ytheir ouwn characters pand they were all for themselves. If anyone does that my sense is that only two of the OCs will be used, because those are their own OCs.

But if you are drawing it for someone else, the more the merrier :)
