Now TIL that the REAL first Ultraman anime was the one animated by Sunrise, the studio behind Gundam, Gintama and Cowboy Bebop.
So it seems that Ultraman has three animated incarnations. The Ultraman, Ultraman USA and the Netflix anime based on the manga from the creators of Linebarrels of Iron.

Kiramager spoilers: You know, it probably won’t happen, but I’d let Garza keep control of Emperor Yodon and be our final boss for the year. It always sucks when the villains we’ve followed all year get sidelined for the seldom-seen master at the end. The only interesting thing about Yodon is his ability to turn into other, better characters. I’d rather Garza steal the show! Not that he’s a great character, but still an improvement on the boss.
