Ice blue baby hippogriff- Stratus Gypsum (gypsum is a mineral found underwater)  
Purple baby seapony- Geyser Mist  
Teal hippogriff holding the seapony- Rising Fog  
Yellow/pink hippogriff- Speckled Wings

The kids on the right are Flutter Cloud and Flash Feather.  

 
 
The Seapony kid is Sun Twist, and the Hippogriff is probably Sea Foam.

As for the hippogriffs in question, I doubt at least sea foam and flash feather are the ones in the screencaps, the color pallets are too far off
