For a TL;DR from below: “futa” is the “main” go-to tag on derpi for the female body with a cock. Has the widest use around because it’s a very well known term. Dickgirl is strictly supposed to be used on images with dicked females but [visibly] no pussy. Futa doesn’t and didn’t have baggage aside from some weird whiners on the internet who want to make it so for some bizarre reason I’ll never understand. This is more-or-less in line with every other site with decent tagging practices.
Futanari: female body, penis and vagina.
- When in doubt between newhalf/futanari, use futanari.
For futanari with testicles add full-package_futanari too.
For futanari visibly without testicles add no_testicles.
Not to be confused with:
newhalf (female body, penis and no vagina)
male_futanari (male body, penis and vagina)
cuntboy (male body, vagina and no penis)
From wikipedia source
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Futanari#cite_note-krauss-2 Japanisches Geschlechtsleben : Abhandlungen und Erhebungen über das Geschlechtsleben des japanischen Volkes ; folkloristische Studien
“Futanari (ふたなり?, seldom: 二形, 双形, literally: dual form; 二成, 双成, literally: [to be of] two kinds), is the Japanese word for hermaphroditism.
Beyond Japan the term is used to describe a commonly pornographic genre of video games, comics, and anime, which includes characters that show both primary sexual characteristics. In today’s language it refers almost exclusively to characters who have an overall feminine appearance.”
Description: A participant with both a penis and a vagina.
Notes: This or shemale is required for the dickgirl on male, male on dickgirl, and dickgirl on dickgirl tags. Sex between females and futanari should not be tagged as yuri or females only. An enlarged clitoris in the shape of a penis should use the big clit tag instead. Those lacking a vagina and having testicles use the shemale tag instead (know the difference).
Slave Tags: Female - with notable synonym hermaphrodite.
Description: Girls that have male genitals but not a vagina.
Notes: This or futanari is required for the dickgirl on male, male on dickgirl, and dickgirl on dickgirl tags. Sex between females and shemales should not be tagged as yuri or females only. The inclusion of a vagina mandates the futanari tag instead (know the difference).
Slave Tags: Female - with notable synonyms newhalf, t-girl, and transsexual.
Under “Know the difference”
Dickgirls
Futanari - Penis with a vagina still present (may not be visible) on a female. If the vagina is not shown, it is assumed if the penis is shown but no testicles are present.
Shemale - Penis and testicles present with no vagina on a female. Assumed when testicles are shown whilst a vagina is not.

And for tagging guidelines on e6 (one of the biggest sites with firm tagging rules)
https://e621.net/wiki_pages/383 (futa merged into intersex)
This tag is applied automatically by implication. Please avoid manual tagging, and instead use one of the 4 intersex sub-types listed below.
andromorph - Male based body with pussy, no penis.
gynomorph - Female based body with penis, no pussy.
herm - Female based body, with pussy and penis.
maleherm - Male based body, with pussy and penis.
Catch-all term for a female character with male genitalia. Should be used instead of terms like dickgirl, shemale, newhalf, or gynomorph.
The image does not need to directly show whether or not they have female genitalia. If you can visually confirm the lack of a pussy, tag futa_sans_pussy. If you can visually confirm a pussy, penis, and balls, tag full-package futanari. If the futanari is missing balls, tag futa_sans_balls.
It is not related to transgender or hermaphrodite|intersex, but is purely fantasy-based.
A character that possesses both male and female physical traits (typically genitalia), or otherwise is not strictly a male or female. Common examples may include cuntboy, futanari, newhalf, or male futanari. This tag may also include depictions of the intersex flag.

@Princess_Fluttershy
The definitions for the tags we have already exist. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. These definitions are in place for matter-of-fact tagging. Situational tagging like trans characters just need the additional trans tag. You also forgot about “busty boy” (guy with boobs, not moobs).
@saby
You’re right in that they don’t. They never should have. The fact that there are those who think the fantasy should conform to reality is how we got into tagging messes in the first place.
Frankly speaking, the only reason anything is an insult is because someone is taking offence to it. None of these terms are offensive in any way on their own.
@Princess_Fluttershy
The term for those born like that is “intersex”. That tag exists here already and it’s the “master”(?) tag for all these terms. Dickgirl, male herm, herm, futa, busty boy, cuntboy and others already imply that tag.
