We’re actually going to reverse those. After talking about it with other staff members, all the Fallout:Equestria tags are going to have the fanfic prefix removed. Having the prefix makes them unnecessarily wordy, and having the fallout:equestria title in the beginning of the tag already identifies it as a fanfic.

Cases in point: I’ve been using the following tags, perhaps with a bad prefix, to tag a lot of stories and articles from the long-running UK comic books from London Editions Ltd (later, Fleetway Editions Ltd). See G1 Comic Books (MyLittleWiki) if you want more details.
So. These are scans of old paper-only tie-in G1 comics which were officially blessed and quality controlled by Hasbro. They have their own distinct canon and timeline, like the IDW comics except no longer in print nor readily available in any way. They’re heaving with G1 lore and bizarre situations and art that’s occasionally almost good! i love them okay?

Honestly I think it’s a bit odd to use “comic” to mean “fan comic”. Perhaps it’s simpler to let it mean all comics and comic books as well as fan comics? They can be coloured differently, as they are now.

This is the first UK+Europe G1 comic book series, named just My Little Pony. 223 issues, 1985-1993.

This is the second UK+Europe comic book series, a sort of spin-off that contained non-pony stories too, entitled My Little Pony And Friends. 51 issues, 1987-1995.
There is also one instance of a

series: prefixes instead? Do you want unprefixed? Should we invent a new prefix (maybe “official comic:” or “comic book:”) for this kind of content and the IDW G4 stuff? We don’t usually tag official titles (episodes, comics, movies, games, books, etc.) with a prefix. I don’t have a problem leaving those existing three tags as-is though.
The rest of the items up to this point should be done.

Yeah. Sort of? It’s a creature originally from one fanfic – specifically from Dangerous Business – and then got included in the concept of a separate fanfic that never got off the ground.
