[NSFW] Should "squirting" imply "orgasm" ?

Just before starting to add it, I realized I don’t really know if squirting pre-requires orgasm.

The way I understand, in reality it’s a bladder control issue (and the stuff is so extremely diluted piss that it hardly counts as one) that usually gets triggered by orgasm, but I could hardly come to that conclusion with the limited info I could find a long ago. Frankly, not sure if we’re talking about that with the keyword.

It can’t pre-require vaginal orgasm, I know that much.
