Redundant tags about the upper body

So, there are:
bust - the site’s most-used partial body tag
torso - use varies between bust, waist-to-neck (head out of frame), topless (ie. torso exposed), and quad-amputee (or worse)
half body - use varies between bust, waist-up, thigh-up, and lower half (butt and legs)
upper body - almost entirely used synonymously with bust, except for a few thigh-up and not-a-bust-because-the-lower-body-is-hidden-by-the-scene-not-the-framing (eg. in a pool)
waist up - like upper body, mostly the same as bust except for a few lower-body-hidden-by-scene-not-by-framing

Less-used:
half length (3)
cowboy shot (1)
thigh up (0)

Soooooo…

Which, if any, are useful-enough to keep separate from “bust”?
