Tag fix request

I noticed that there are two separate tags that mean the same thing and should be aliased: “this will end in yeast infection” and “imminent yeast infection”, the former I believe to be more fitting of the tag theme on this sight but is less used and separate. I don’t know how to alias the tags myself or if I can, so I’m requesting the fix.

Changing tag aliases, implications, and descriptions requires certain ops that are only available to site staff. What you can do is pick a more descriptive topic title next time around, because 99% of the topics here in the official tagging forum are requests to fix tags.
 
Also I agree with your suggestion. Yeast infection isn’t that quick to develop, and the “this will end in X” snowclones are about consequences, while “imminent X” are about what is about to unfold more or less immediately. Yeast infection is a consequence, not an event.
