"wing hold" should imply "wing hands"

wing hold -> wing hands

There are 293 images today with the “wing hold” tag but no “wing hands” tag. Most if not all of these look like they warrant the “wing hands” tag so using an implication to add it to all of them and automate this relationship going forward looks like a good idea.

I disagree - a lot that I see in the example search lack the individual-feather dexterity that characterizes “wing hands”. Some show the whole wing non-dexterously holding something, some use the leading edge of the wing, some have the item tucked under a folded wing, some are bat ponies with wing claws…

Some definitely should get the tag added manually, but I don’t think it should be implied.
