The image comments are also not the place to discuss homosexuality and whether it’s right or wrong. There is the forum for that type of discussion.

Moving forwards in the wrong direction. Are you really that deluded? Producers putting a lesbian couple in the show was pandering, giving a people group so desperate to be right they’ll latch onto anything was kinda low. Especially how they slipped it in there.

I read this entire comment section. And whilst there were a few issue people, it really did feel like a pretty small portion that just kept posting over and over again stubbornly. I know this fandom too well to be concerned.  
We fandomed a gay couple into the show! And we got some pretty neato trans comics and characters in the fandom too.
 
We doing good. We’re going forwards. I just hope people don’t forget all that after reading a few thoughtless comments. G4 is entirely in the hands of the fandom now, so let’s keep up the great work! Trans rights!
