Rule 17:

If you’re submitting an OC drawn by someone else, please be sure to verify that this is alright with the artist first. Guess you gotta go find the writer then. Would be kind of an issue if the writer decides you can't have Morning Glory up in the group photo after Joel had already uploadedithe full collab image.
Once you got your permission, make sure to use the [**2023 community collab**](/tags/2023+community+collab) tag and the OC's name tag to see if somebody already submitted.
Unless certain Fallout Equestria characters are already sort of "Public Domain" in the pony community.
