The most acute colon ischemia is probably better than having hemorrhoids.
However chronic ischemia causes life threatening tissue death.
I don't think I have any pain so hemorrhoids aren't it. My colon is just (or was) oozing blood because a bunch of stimulants tightened the blood vessels in it too much.
I think I'm fine, no pain or fever, just a bunch of lost sleep. Could be worst.
