Khamzat could totally run thru the GSP that fought Matt Sera the first time.

But the GSP that went on to having 13 fights win streak after that? I genuinely believe the GSP that beat Michael Bisping is one bad MF that the current Khamzat may not be able to win against.

His fight IQ is beyond everybody else tho. Khamzat struggled against Gilbert Burns as he promised to KO him in a striking contest but almost got him nearly knocked out cold in the 2nd round because he is so damn reckless and hellbent on knocking him out. GSP’s striking is as astonishingly beautiful as every MMA nerds said.

He would mid-diff outstrike Khamzat in full distance unless Khamzat does what he does best at the start… Steamrolling.

That’s why I said the current Khamzat could run thru the GSP that Matt Sera beat once.

Matt Sera dropped and rushed thru GSP, securing a 1st round TKO. That version of GSP may not win against the current Khamzat.

But the reigning champ GSP? Khamzat needs to grow up for him to have a chance. I agree GSP will mid-diff Khamzat because GSP fights smarter.

Khamzat needs to improve his striking more (maybe on the same league as Khabib) because he relies on this bum-rush tactics way too much which is extremely risky of getting knocked out.

MMA fans are so fickle. Where are all his fans? They were never his fans. They were just all Khabib and Islam haters (which are mostly Conor fans). The guy fought so many times in a short period. He deserves a break. It was a dominating win from Islam. He needs time to recover physically and mentally. That doesn’t mean he’s scared.

Alex is now under LHW range and challenges Khamzat to fight him at 205 in January which he declined.
