By now you should be seeing a light at the end of the tunnel for your recovery. I can tell it’s been really rough for you though! Worse than getting fillings put in for sure, which I did a week ago
Remember when daytime syndicated television was full of decent sitcoms/dramas, talk shows and cartoons as opposed to these no-budget low-brow courtroom and tabloid shows that are now being produced just so that stations call fill time slots?
@Meanlucario
Oh, I’m not forgetting that at all (Jerry Springer and Geraldo, especially). The difference is the bad filler is daytime syndication today.
@SleepySteve
Again, we might need to look at the scheduling for the two times. Also, seeing how the vast majority of those cartoons were from Hanna-Barbera at the time and clones, said cartoons were the filler.
@Meanlucario
TBF, it kinda got better when Disney and WB threw their hat in the ring by the late ’80s and early ’90s. Sadly, that was also when the garbage started showing up (also, Cartoon Network and Fox Kids emerged at the same time).
Dumb question: while it’s easy to pull a character model from a video game, can you do the same with a model from an animated movie without having to create one from scratch?
