Yes, that's the whole point of "[filters:"](/filters). Set one up "[here":](/filters/new), add the tags you want to block to the spoiler (images with the tag will be covered up) or the hidden (images with the tag will be hidden) fields. Mess around with it, if you need more help don't hesitate to ask.
