7 years ago, the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 5 episode "Brotherhooves Social aired on television. In this episode, Big Macintosh participates with Apple Bloom in the Sisterhooves Social competition, as Applejack leaves for Manehattan. He takes on the disguise as Orchard Blossom, Apple Bloom's fake female cousin. During the competition, Big Macintosh accidentally wreaks havoc, which eventually results in them getting disqualified, and Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo are proclaimed the winners. Big Macintosh and Apple Bloom reconcile, knowing how much they care for each other.
