Alright, removing that one, dakimakura, dakimakura cover, and body pillow design are still seem like three of the same thing. Although, currently body pillow aliases to dakimakura, and looking at the body pillow tag, it's full of not just long body type pillows but what would be considered dakimakura. There might be a difference, but it's not being used that way.

My recommendation would be two tags;
1) body pillow - for the regular long pillow
2) dakimakura - for the pillow with a character design on it
