You can describe the theme of the image or the sequential story that it is a part of in the description if you want to provide backstory for the image.
But there's nothing in the image itself that suggests rape has been attempted and failed. I wouldn't be surprised if people searching for images of attempted rape probably are pretty confused when they find that image.
Tags on images really should be about what is in the image itself, not the theme of the story that the image is a part of. The description, however, is a great place to add that kind of information.
