The first is that all of the creatures from Equus are brought to Harmonia, not just the younger ones.
The second one is that all of the dragons from How to train your dragon are in this world, and that it has a similar appearance to what the Mushroom Kingdom would look like if it was never populated by any sentient creatures, good, bad, or neutral.
