You want to use the argument that Timber did not talk about his problem with Gloriosa but nobody really wanted to talk about their problems with the rest (Gloriosa, Timber, Twilight, Humane 5) the only one who dared to talk about his personal problem to the first was curiously Flash.
Rainbow also was never specific about solving magical problems, Timber never knew the full context of what she said.
Timber has something on 1 movie that Flash never had in 3 movies, he was relatable whith the public, he was charcter arc and depth, apart being Human Twilight love interest, Timber is always concerned about the welfare of his own sister even if he tried to work things out alone (like any other EG character) and really interacted with more people than just Twilight and Gloriosa directly or indirectly in foreground on differents topics (the problem with the original dock, the scary story of Gaea Everfree).
Flash never have that, any significant interaction in the movies was with or had to do with Twilight (princess Twilight or Human Twilight) and it was in a way that gets old very fast. The only significant exception was in the Friendship Games short where in general it was of a different theme and with different characters, everything else have been funny background events without much importance or part of a group reaction that does not guarantee its own identity, the only additional thing we really know about Flash Sentry is that he is a rocker.
