Literally all you gotta do is submit a picture of your OC. I think it needed a transparent background, too, and a few other simple requirements like be “safe” and such.
 
Just keep an eye out on the top of the page and there’ll be a notice for it when it rolls around to that time of year again.

Huh… You know I never seem to get to be a part of things like this…. I wasn’t registered on DB when this happened though so… I dunno… Even though I’m sure this was probably open to like…. everyone maybe… I still have this feeling inside that I would’ve certainly been excluded… I guess I’m just so used to it happening that it’s what I always expect…
