Short version --[spoiler]||Starlight has a magical pager that tells her when to teleport back to her office because a student needs help; this cuts into her ability to help prepare a party she promised to help with some time back, shunting all of the work off on a rather annoyed Trixie. Trixie gets Starlight to promise she'll focus on something other than work and make some time for her friends for once -- the work thing is implied to have been going on for some time -- which unfortunately results oin Silverstream, who needed help for a project on cockatrices, getting shut off from help and deciding to go off on her own.[/spoiler]

||Silverstream goes AWOL, people panic, a rescue attempt is made which results in the team getting ambushed by petrification chickens and Mudbriar getting turned to stone, and they eventually stumble into Silverstream, who befriended a cockatrice on her own. Mudbriar is depetrified, a moral is learned about effective time management and everyone is happy.[/spoiler]||
