Letting go of the past
I wouldn't say bronies hate pony life, its just better resources spent elsewhere. It came right after the show was canceled, so i am inclined to believe they used funds they could have used on a 10th season to make pony life. A drop in quality should not go unnoticed. I would feel completely different if it ran along side of the show in a separate universe. You also know full well that this [spoiler]||horse shit[/spoiler]|| is not adequate clop material, but i don't feel like that's why people hate it. Shows have done this to themselves in the past, and it almost never makes things better. What it boils down to is i was hoping for quality to increase over time, this is a step in the wrong direction. It feels like the fans of the show had no input and were put on the back burner, but there is an undercurrent of "we should support this because its pony".Pony life is clearly a kids show to its core. Don't try to give me MLP FIM was made for kids to, the shows quality and dynamic has changed significantly to meet the standards of there adult fans. The show was also good when it came out and it attracted its own following VS feeling obligated to give new content that looks like a drop in quality/maturity a shot because of where we are and what we do.
