Nope, largely due to these four ponies never actually meeting up like this in the show. Sure, all four have met Twilight at various times individually, but they have never been together as a group (and I am pretty sure Moondancer has no clue who Sunset Shimmer or Starlight Glimmer are, as she had never met them in either FiM or EqG).
Because…she is pancake 😄
I think this image is better without Trixie. Tempest, on the other hand, would have been nice to see.
