Hey, I helped to by doing a Patrick Bateman-esque edit of her unhinged face!

I mean Pinkie was something of special case. She was introduced to the fandom as a character who was a bit out there, and the story where she was depicted as a murderous psychopath showed up and became infamous within the fandom not long before an equally infamous season 1 episode where she mentally unravels and starts having hallucinations over the idea that her friends don’t like her. It was a unique combination of events that really helped cement the alternate interpretation of Pinkie’s character in a way that Pipp’s single creepy smile and name that can be made coincidentally similar to Pinkie’s crazy alter ego just doesn’t seem likely to do.

These are the same people who get nightmare fuel on stupid innocuous things like babies; I wouldn’t pay attention to them.
