A moment from my anthro MLP dreamscape. It was a bit of a vignette scene.
Gilda ran the circular grinder along one of the edges of the metal box one last time, throwing a long arc of sparks in process. Then she turned it grinder off and quiet returned to the workshop. The only sound now was the sound of the ventilation fans rumbling away and the radio blaring out tunes in the back of the shop.
Lifting the goggles from her eyes the griffin then removed her hearing protection from her ears and tossed them on the box. Set the grinder down Gilda slowly sauntered over to a workbench and picked her bottle of beer. The griffin spent the next 5 minutes finishing her drink. With that accomplished she sauntered back to her recently completed piece and sat down on it. She picked up the grinder again and considered her options. Gilda was uncertain what final finish she’d put on it, but she’d figure that out tomorrow. Right now she wanted to take a shower and then grab a bite to eat.
