Ohhh… I thought it was supposed to be an abandoned sniper’s position. I thought the spent casings and empty can were supposed to imply that the sniper left.

Well, it’s not her bag, really. It’s just her cutie mark. I decided not to put a “Fallout equestria” tag on this picture- and leave this cutie mark just as reference to it, bcause Fluttershy’s cutie mark was the emblem of the Ministry of Peace, in the original FoE. So this bag can contain some medical supplies, or stuff like this. As for the “sniper” tag- well, the whole scene is supposed to look as it could be seen from a sniper position in an abandoned building above this ruined street. A pony below has just noticed us (or that sniper) and understood that he made the biggest mistake in his entire life

Why is this tagged with ‘imminent death’ and ‘sniper’? Where’s the sniper? Is Fluttershy the sniper? ‘Cause that’s clearly her ba in the corner.
