I was doing at least decent with it. Started a little routine. And than life happened and I stopped.

Tip: Remember to do stretching and warming exercises before and after extraneous work out. This is not negotiable do it.

Unfortunately, in my case, I’ll have to be spitting blood before I’m worth something.

If you want to lose weight, do strength exercises.
 
Start with jogging for your legs.
 
If you can’t do push ups regularly, start with lifting weights that are just heavy enough. Add more weights over time.
 
Push ups should be done on a level surface. Keep your legs together.
 
Do some warm ups before starting any kind of work out. Also, do warm downs afterwards.
 
If you need other tips just ask.

I’m already on a training regiment, the only reason why I don’t do it every day is because I generally need a day off for my limbs to stop hurting.
 
I don’t give a fuck about weight either, I just want to stop being a weakling. No amount of training is ever going to make me pretty, so I just want to be functional.

Your limbs hurt because you didn’t do the warm ups and the warm downs properly. Or did you even do them at all?

I did them, but the training is really intense. As in, by the end I can barely do a single rep despise groaningly loudly in frustration.
 
There’s also the fact that my body is complete and utter shit. I am beyond the realms of pathetic, I am so weak the only reason why the wind doesn’t blow me over is because I weight 100kg.

Well, once you get to your target, all you need to do is maintenance exercises.

Good music in the right mood - overwhelming emotional experience. Among the best things in life, maybe the best.

This may not seem like a lot to some. Hell some of you might feel like I’m bragging about nothing. But to me this is something I feel proud of.
 
In giving up soda and starting to exercise regularly, I have already lost 5 pounds. And I’m fucking proud of that dammit!

I just had a ‘toast sandwich’ and it was very good.

the online schedule for cartoon network finally lists what episode of steven universe is going to be aired at the 1:45pm and 11:45pm schedules after so long being unlisted.

mainly in Luzon (the main one) and even then there are tons of dialects from there. some have rationalized that cebuano has more users so it should be the national language
