Somehow drawing furries and horse anthros is better than drawing ponies. Yeah we can’t explain why some people would do that. Like deleting 5 years or so of blood and sweat. Drawing isn’t easy ya know?

It is, i know perfectly.
It will depends how artist feel on the fandom. If people around are hostile… Some years ago i tried here dnp quit for celebrating 50th downvote on one of my pics but then shows up people who liked my art.

I wonder how the haters would react if they learned that the rightmost letters on a QWERTY keyboard are “M-L-P”? Would Dvorak become the new standard overnight? What about Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam? Again “M-L-P”.

Back in 2013 when I was a hater I’d probably swap these keys to make it MPL/MKP or something like that xD I even stopped playing Minecraft back then because Notch said he’s brony, and erased everything Minecraft-related from my PC.

Nevertheless I ended up drawing clop years ago..

Because I became hater out of dependence on social opinion. Opinion of my step brother to be exact. Plus I already had some bad experience being critiqued for watching girly toons like winx club, so…
Aside from that I’d say I liked ponies since first MLP pic I saw, atleast visually, bc I didn’t knew much about the show until 2015 I guess, and really watched it only in 2017.

His positive comments and presence always brings a smile to my face and his artworks are cute and heartwarming.
He’s actually one of the reasons I’m still trying to make some decent pony art… I know I suck at digtal painting…

They are still a fan of the show, they just left due to personal reasons, we shouldn’t be trying to probe inro them and bothering them about why they are not on here anymore

This is the entire theme of the thread and it’s obnoxious as hell.

People quit for all sorts of reasons. People try to erase their past for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes it’s petty, they stopped liking ponies, they disliked an episode and nuked it all. Sometimes it’s personal, the art was made for someone else, the show was a bonding experience with someone that’s gone and it brings bad memories. Sometimes it’s more, MLP art is seriously frowned upon where they are, it’s a threat to their current or future employment.

Whatever, it doesn’t matter. It’s their business.
