I’d be curious to see what game you make a pony monster out of that is outside of Castlevania or Dragon Quest/Warrior
Not because those games are bad choices, but for the opposite. I feel like those two series as so many creative monsters that it would be hard to do something outside them.

Really, pretty much any monster from any series that has human-like characteristics or is a type of horse could pretty feasibly be used. Mostly I try to find creatures that aren’t so commonly drawn :D

Trixie’s an anomaly. No matter what the circumstances behind making a clone or a copy of her, it always ends up at least the same and at best nicer XD

Reminds me of that attack Felicia had in the Darkstalkers vs Streetfighter comedy game, Pocket Fighter.
(For those that are too young to remember, Streetfighter 2 was hugely popular in the early to mid 90s.
Darkstalkers was pretty much a reskin of that game. Felicia replaced Blanka. Their move sets were identical, if you took away their special attacks).

This is the whole playthrough, but Felicia finishes off her first opponent (Zangief) with the move I was referring to.
The characters swap outfits with every move, doing parody things. (Like Felicia’s Megaman outfit, or that ridiculous gold outfit where she slaps her opponent with a gold staff).
It manages to be cute, amusing, and fun all at the same time.
