Need help finding an image (NSFW)

Hey all, I’m having a not-at-all unique problem of remembering an image, only to not be able to track it down. The image in question has the same lines of dialogue as this image here, but the art is different.  

 
Now what I’d like to know is if anybody knows the location of such an image (I know it’s not on the booru), or if it doesn’t exist and is just a figment of my imagination.
