24 Hours Is a bad interval for max AI posts.

My complaints are as follows:

A. 24 is too restrictive.

I get the intention of the rule. you don’t want the site flooded with hundreds of low quality AI images but 24 is to long. One of the annoying things about AI art (at least the way I do it) is inconsistent out put. You might generate nothing but garbage for days and then produce several good images back to back. The 24 hour rule makes up-loading them a real pain.

B. The rule is not actually being enforced as written.

I don’t to imply that it being enforced unfairly (I.E. applied to one user more than another). My complaint is that the way it seams to be being enforced is that it seems to only be checked if two images are uploaded in quick succession. (see attached). Now I don’t blame the mods for this, checking the time between uploads would be a herculin tack, but rule number one of good government is: Don’t make rules you can’t enforce.!

I don’t want the image taken down. What I want is the rule revised to reflect reality. The point of my example is that the rule is not being enforced as written because it is infeasible to do so. Not to point out that someone is braking the the rule.

You are complaining that the rules are not being equally applied. Please report one of those images so we can see the actual example you are using, and so we can look into your claim.

If you want the problem fixed, report it.

I think 2 images per 24 hours is alright. It encourages to only upload the best generations. Also, you don’t have to upload all your good images right away and it’s an opportunity to look at them with a fresh eye and notice some areas for improvement.

I’m a prompter, and I think it’s a necessary floodgate. Even if it can’t be strictly enforced, it’s still better than no floodgate.

I am specifically not complaining that it is being ->unequally<- applied. I am complaining that it is being ->inaccurately<- applied. But if you really want me to I can start tagging post, but be prepared for a lot of annoyed AI artists because a lot of them are braking the rule with out knowing it due to how infrequently it is enforced. {malicious compliance engaged}

Tagging? You report things. And please don’t use the site as an archive to post screenshots you want to use with vague useless info and poor tags, use Imgur for that.

Damn it, apparently the rule is 2 posts per 24s not 1. I’ve been making a big stink because I guess I just can’t read. :(
