I used to work out a lot during high school yet never saw any gains and gave up. I figured I’d give it another try with a focus on diet and having at least one protein shake every day, I beleve this is what made it work for me; seriously you have to eat like a pig.
I usually train five days with two days of rest, not used any roids and have no plans to do so.

I mostly just eat bacon and sleep with ponies.

I weigh about 270 and can do 20 diamond knuckle push-ups, I think it’s pretty modest.
