Yes.  
Prince + Princess + Incest = Princest.  
But I vote we keep calling it Twicest to differentiate from what we know as Princest.

Naw, you know he wears the tiara in the family. It still works. Cadence is the real ‘workhorse’ of both the Crystal Empire and the Royal Guard.
