Since we’re talking about Elon, he recently announced that any account caught partaking in “engagement farming” will be “banned and traced to source.” How will he do this? By relying on Grok of course. How does Grok define engagement farming? It listed some examples. Basically everything Elon and his favorite fash accounts are doing.

You can bet on there being an overriding factor to all of that: the more an account follows, responds to and retweets users from a particular aisle of the political spectrum, the less likely they’ll get flagged.

If anything, it’s just a matter of time before Grok itself spills the beans on it.

I kind of hope this happens, because if they strike it down, then (I think) they effectively strike down all the other age verification laws including the one I’m having to suffer through in Utah.

But the court has imposed limits on free speech in the past (albeit totally reasonable ones like “no threatening people.”) Certainly the more partisan justices might vote that way and use something like that as an excuse.

Either way, it’s sure to be a big case.
