You can definitely see a difference in how each company treats their employees and customers.

Listen to the story of the talent behind Luna and her experience in Hololive compared to how she was treated as a Nijisanji member. It’s heartbreaking how Niji treated her, but bittersweet when she joined Holo where she was treated with much more dignity.
