Notoriously Divine Tagger sounds more subjective than anything. It’s more or less to encourage frequent uploaders to put effort into the upload data. I assume there’s a rough minimum of uploads that’s considered though.

I feel obligated to comment on this. Right now I’m in the middle of the range, and while I assume the range is there to factor edit quality into it, it’s kinda confusing.

Granted, I don’t systematically copy the original description (mostly when I find it interesting or pertinent to repost) and I happened to forget an important tag or two on occasion (not even mentioning the lesser ones I often come back to add after uploading), but I’ve been consistently trying to find a maximum of things to tag on my uploads for a while now (it even came to bite me in the ass at least once — when I was still in the process of tagging a freshly made picture by some prolific artist and realized another mass uploader already posted it with a mere third of the tags I planned to put on; frustrating, to say the least…)
 
I’m even OCD enough to alphabetize my tags before uploading, even though I perfectly know this is pointless.

Clicking fetch works just as well for grabbing descriptions from some sites like DA. it’s what I do.

Fetch has a character limit per line, though; anything more than n characters gets abbreviated to an ellipsis.

What TUA said. Fetch also can’t into line endings on Tumblr. It’s really easier to copypaste the description than to rely on fetch’s gimped copying of it.

So, an artwork of mine has recently reached 1002 upvotes (although only 992 in total score). Am I eligible for The Pony of Love already?

I know the criteria for the badge doesn’t explicitly state it, but it has to be 100 legitimate upvotes.
 
When we get several reports that you’re spamming Discord servers and PM’ing people on Discord asking for upvotes so you can get a badge, those upvotes don’t count.
