I just wish to know why we are tagging images Explicit if they only imply sex, but do not have any naughty bits hanging about?

Implied sex would seem to me Suggestive, or if it is too non kid friendly, QUestinable. If it is Explicit I would at least except some implied semen (even if it is only a few sketchy lines), but mostly the giant schlong stuff.
Related, Fetish stuff (which is a lot more traumatizing) is still mostly Safe. (Even if the mods will sometimes add Suggestive/Questinable when it is appropriate (and the fetish subject is painfully obvious), it is not most uploaders’ default assumption).
