"Forced Meme" Tag

What qualifies as a “forced meme”? The tag just seems to be used on any meme a tagger happens not to like.

No, it is for when someone uses the same template to create a dozen images and uploads them himself.
 
Basically rather than a meme that happens, it is a homegrown version little Timmy all made himself in his spare time.
 
Usually it is pretty obvious, if you can’t recognize it it is not our fault, have better standards.
