Let's replace "Pigtails" tag with "Twintails"

Pigtails is way more used than Twintails, And not just as a Tag, So the logical thing to do is ditch the redundant Twintails tag, Not the other way around,

Though it may be because I’m American, I’ve never heard the term “twintales” before.
