"Not Pony Related"

OK, so about a week or two ago, I uploaded a pic of Tetsuo Shima from Akira with the derelle face edited on to him. About two days later, it was removed, with the reason stating that it was “Not Pony Related.” However, >>387709 is pretty much the same thing; a non-MLP pic with the derelle face edited on, but that one is still on the site.
 
What’s up with that?

If it’s not tagged “not pony related” or it hasn’t been reported, then the mods might simply have missed it.
