Watching tags

It has been a while sense the + next to tags has gone away, leaving no easy way to watch a tag…
 
Is this ever going to be re implemented?  
Is it already back in and i just don’t see it?  
Is there an easy way to add tags?  
Is there a script for the site that i can run to re add this feature?

You can copy and paste the tag name into your watched tag list. It works just fine for me.
