He’s Aya Shameimaru as a colt.
If I did a Touhou/MLP mashup he’d be the Stage 4 boss.
His N-verse outfit consists of a tiny midriff-baring vest and a loincloth attached to a fanny pack.
Also, he’s so skinny you can see his stomach (the actual organ) bulge out after he eats.
His navel slightly bulges too because he’s too thin for his Vividzukofirorocśaifņƥrek
With his outfit and anorexic body it’s a wonder he hasn’t frozen to death, considering N-verse Ponyville is similar to Wick or Juneau in climate. Though to be fair, in summer it’s closer to Manta because of pegasi and stuff.
