I saw it as well but I’d have to rate it lower. Maybe 3.7 at lowest to 4.5 at the highest. The problem really laid with Flash and Sunset pretty much being exactly what you’d expect from the generic character roles their playing without anything interesting going for them or even explained though I’ll admit, I did feel a little bad for Flash when Twilight rejected him (Though her reaction is actually towards her running out of time). That said, Twilight trying to fit in was really adorkable and I actually really loved Spike as a dog. In fact, I feel like he did more in the movie than he did in Crystal Empire, and that was his big moment in show.

Pretty strict. Her questioning Twilight about the mess in gym is like an interrogation and makes Sunset repair the entire front half of the school brick by brick. Granted Sunset was the one who blew it up, but still.
 

 
It’s cute but generic. The rest of the mane 6 tease Twilight when she gets back after she blushes upon finding out that the new guard is also named Flash Sentry

Yes there is a lot of cute Twilight and Spike moments. Particularly when Dog Spike builds Twilight a bed out of books. And you know what? This might be heresy for me to say this but, I think I prefer Dog Spike to Dragon Spike.
 
There was alot of slapstick and jokes regarding Twilight trying to act like a human and there was also alot references to the actual show.
 
For the little amount of time that she was there, Human Luna was decent. She kinda came off as cold and distant.
 
Considering how much they built up the relationship between Twilight and Flash, I would be pretty suprised if they don’t continue it in S4 with Pony Flash.
 
There were good songs. Not catchy enough for me to remember the lyrics without mulitple viewings like This Day Aria, but good all the same.

Yeah, as far as song go, they were alright but off the top of my head, I can’t remember any particular that were memorable. I did like the remixed opening theme though.

And now I have to wait for it to come out in the UK…
