The heart still beat for many years, every time he almost reformed he would die in agonizing pain. the computers kept him down with perfectly on the dot timing for many years. soon many forgot what the Lycan wars had even been. but computers grow outdated..and government budgets dont replace them. soon the shocks became sporadic. soon they stopped period. and on that fateful night. it began anew.
