Reclaiming Equestria [Anthro, NSFW, Reboot]

Power is like an alcohol. When you drink it, you turn drunk, abusing it, thirsting for more. King Rain the Second was no stranger to this. He was fully aware, and fully unforgiving of the country he ran.
 
Ever since his coronation as the next ruler of Equestrian, everything was in his hooves. Statues showed him as a god, propaganda showed him as a savior, controlled media made the new country, the United Pony’s Republic of Equestria, as a place of paradise, school education showed him as a genius. But that is where everything good about him is forged.
 
He has cut ties with some of Equestria’s oldest allies, rejecting their help with a giant middle finger, boasting that Equestria was self-sufficient and powerful. Not only was this not true, but the country’s citizens knew this as well. With the cutting of ties with trading partners, the country became from a agricultural power house to an industrial middle class country, the workers of the country working in the pits of hell day and night for the high class to live in luxury and money, and the king was no exception. And when factories fell behind schedule.. The purge made sure they would pick up the pace.
 
The country had the largest death ration in the world, and not from crime, which was at a very low percentage. All death come from the government’s orders. But after decades of this abuse, a group of civilians decided they have enough, and with the majority under the trance of the evil king, they decided to take matters into their own hooves, creating a resistance movement and fighting back against the tyrannical monarch. Who will you fight for?
 
The Empire is all about speed, agility, and most of all strength in numbers. They reserve the best equipment for those that truly earn it. The Resistance on the other hand uses anything they can get, adding defenses, speed, and firepower where needed. This unorganized system produces an interesting variety of equipment and tactics to go with it.

Appearance: as a “volunteer” describes, his eyes are of an icy blue and freeze the blood in your veins, his face Shows the wrinkles of someone who laughs a lot, but not in a good way, his face has very much the appearance of a skull and his dark Grey coated hands are often the last Thing you see before waking up in agony.  
Backstory: his Efficiency and ingenuity quickly caught Attention from high up and the results of his work have only confirmed that opinion.

Name: “Commander”

Race: Unicorn

Appearance: A white-furred unicorn with an extremely messy mane. Her birth colors were white and gold, ironically, the colors of royalty in the country. As soon as she ran away, she dyed her mane to be black and maroon, causing her mane to be very spiky and curly. She has fluffy white fur and wears a mix of metal and leather armor that covers her whole body except her shoulders and knees. Her preferred weapon of choice is her M-32 hunting rifle owned by her father, used with scraps and metal to make home-made improvements to the rifle.  
Backstory: Just a little girl born to become a fearless leader, the mare leading the rebellion, only known as “Commander”, has been leading the rebellion on successful and small hit and run attacks on patrols. Nothing to be excited about, but the rebels see her as a leader worthy of leading them. She was born within the walls of Equestria as a high class gal. But she knew quickly at a young age what was going on in the classes before her. She didn’t like what she saw. She immediately grew a hard hatred for the king she was forced to worship and praise. She murdered both her parents and her brother, who were all part of the king’s army, and ran away to join the rebellion at 16.

(In the previous thread, Graymayne worked for the King. If I brought him in, I could continue with the story that I had, where he was abandoned by the king after a brutal loss and sudden disappearance. He did swear vengeance on the King and the King’s new Guardsman.)
 
(If I bring in Chipper, I could also bring in his Guardian, Pursuer. An 8 foot, bulky Knight with a huge sword and shield who can also use dark magic. Here’s a video to see him: VIDEO. Chipper and Pursuer are both two very different characters and both act very differently. Though, throughout their lives in Equestria, they come to understand and like each other which leads to many adventures.)
 
(Other than those… I honestly don’t like bringing in more than two characters. Too much work to keep up. I can handle Chipper and Pursuer, but with the addition of handling Graymayne, I couldn’t. I’ll choose one or the other. Not sure which one.)

Appearance: slim, midnight blue fur, black and light gray mane, wearing a black robe and hood on occasion but underneath wears black and white cargo pants, buckled up boots, a pair of focusing goggles for sniping, and a tattered black and gray shirt with a faded red skull on it
 
Backstory: After King Rain took the thrown, Gray offered his skills to help take out his strongest opponents. He’s a skilled marksman, an ability to curve bullets, and a skilled swordsman. Some consider him the kings assassin, his personal mercenary, his bodyguard. Though it may seem like he fights only for his King, he has his own vendetta. He seeks those responsible for the capture, torture, and death of his older brother. He gladly hunts and kills rebels in order to find them. Once he does, there is no telling the hell he will unleash.

Appearance: Skinny and curvy, With white fur. horn has a red spiral running around the horn and down to the base. Ruby colored Eyes. A cutie mark of a sword stabbed into a ruby a bit of blood seeping from it. Body is covered in many scars some bold while others are hidden just beneath the fur.
 
Clothing: A uniform of an Imperial Officer within King Rains court an armband with her cutie mark is around her right arm.
 
Weapons: A Saber infused with magic designed to be sharper and lighter then standard sabers. A standard issue Imperial Officer handgun.
 
Backstory: Born to nobility with a passion for law and order Ruby grew up believing that the solemn duty of each citizen is to serve there ruler with unquestioning discipline and thus trained to join the kings force when of age. Ruby turned out to be a prodigy of war and tactics ultimately earning her cutie mark by defeating several other ponies in a mock war game and cementing her place as someone to watch, She was soon invited into the kings guard and upon accepting raised in the ranks at a speed near unheard of for someone so young, Now she serves as one of king rains personal advisers and head of internal affairs.
