'male nipples' should imply 'male'

‘male nipples’ -> ‘male’
male nipples already implies nipples, but for some reason, implying male has been overlooked

Probably because I wanted to nuke the tag as there’s no reason to gender separate nipples, especially if it’s specifically male nipples separated for some reason and female nipples treated as the default (I hate this stuff so much this helps no one), especially when people don’t tag them (nipples) enough to begin with.

honestly, I thought nuking the tag, or at least aliasing it to nipples, would be valid solutions too, but thought suggesting those would be shot down due to being drastic

EDIT: after seeing all the tags ending with ‘nipples’, I now realize it wouldn’t have been drastic enough, especially considering the tags that are oddly specific with unsurprisingly low usage

At least the colored nipples tags are not gendered. :^)
