And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

Not sure how to provide proof that 1hoorn was the old name of Snailonaleaf but the blog name change was done right when I finished uploading most of the art so its all tagged as 1hoorn, the newest upload is from the new blog.
